O&O Enterprise Management Console will allow you to manage your O&O programs across a network from a central location. It will not only let you run jobs on individual computers and sites but also permit you to perform remote installation of O&O programs. All events will be recorded in detailed reports and filed in the database so that you can always be kept informed about the successful running of your jobs.

The user interface is intuitive, with comprehensive dialogues to explain all necessary steps. A tutorial also leads users through the first steps, such as license management, creating computer groups or the distribution of tasks in the network.

The O&O Enterprise Management Console 5 will not only let administrators run jobs on individual computers and sites but also to perform remote installation of O&O programs. All events will be recorded in detailed reports and filed in the database so that users are kept informed about the successful running of jobs. An overview shows the user if new modules or updates are available. After downloading a new module it is automatically integrated into the O&O Enterprise Management Console.

The Console is based on the Microsoft SQL Server and can be integrated into an existing Microsoft SQL Database structure or into the Microsoft SQL Server Express which is included in delivery. Network management for smaller networks is therefore also fully supported.

The optional SSL Encryption ensures that data cannot be read or manipulated during its transfer from the computer to the Service. O&O Enterprise Management Console is thereby able to provide administrators with the highest level of security and protect them from so-called “Man-in-the Middle” attacks, by which unauthorized parties gain access to communications across a network.
